摘要
灌溉设计保证率是灌溉工程规划设计中的一项重要指标,它直接影响着工程的规模、投资费用和效益,本文以湖北省漳河水库灌区为对象,对灌溉设计保证率进行了经济论证,通过灌区规模筛选、水资源长系列优化调度以及工程费用效益计算和方案评价,提出了水库灌区灌溉设计保证率的优选方法和优化指标.论文最后,采用时间序列理论,人工生成30组×30年的来、用水系列.以此研究了灌溉设计保证率的可靠性,取得了满意的成果.
Irrigation design probability is an important index in planning and designing irrigationworks, which directly influences the scale&.investment costs&.benefits of irrigation projects. Thispaper gives some appropriate demonstration methods with cconomic analysis and system-analysis for Zhanghe irrigation system,whieh inelude the screening model and the long-term opimal operationmodel, to choose irrigation design probability and provide some reference cconomic indices. At last,the theory and methods of time series analysis are cmployed to generate 30 groups×30 years series ofinflow and outflow for Zhanghe reservoir in order to study the reliability of Zhanghe irrigation designprobability.
