摘要
自定学科是“双一流”建设中的独特形式,而西部地区自定学科较之中东部地区自定学科有着特殊的价值,与中东部地区自定学科的卓越逻辑和高等教育重点建设政策的加法逻辑不同的是,西部地区自定学科在外部逻辑上更多是基于国家宏观调控和相对优势的逻辑进行布局,同时也是对以往重点建设身份的继承以及优质高等教育资源的区域均衡布局考量。从西部地区自定学科遴选的内部逻辑来讲,是基于组织内部的学科历史、学科声誉、学科相对等优势进行选定。
Self-determined discipline is a unique form in the construction of“double first-class”,and the self-determined discipline in the western Chinahas special value compared with the self-determined discipline in the middle and eastern region.It is different from the excellent logic of self-determined discipline in the Middle East and the additive logic of key construction policies of HigherEducation.The self-determined disciplines in the western region are more based on the logic of national macro-control and comparative advantage.At the same time,it is also a consideration of the inheritance of the construction identity of previous key universities and the regional balanced layout of high-quality higher education resources.In terms of the internal logic of the selection of self-determined disciplines in the western region,the selection of self-determined disciplines in the western region is based on the discipline history,discipline reputation and discipline relative advantages within the organization.
