摘要
目的分析风险管理在内镜室感染控制中的应用价值。方法选择2020年10月—2021年10月医院30名护理人员,以时间分为常规组、研究组,各15名。常规组予以常规护理管理(2020年10月—2021年4月),研究组予以常规护理管理和风险管理(2021年5—10月),选择同期同组接诊于内镜室接受检查患者各35例。对比两组护理人员内镜生物监测合格率、职业暴露概率、管理效果评分,两组患者满意度、内镜室各类感染发生率。结果相较于常规组,研究组内镜生物监测合格率、患者满意度、管理效果评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于常规组,研究组职业暴露概率、内镜室各类感染发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内镜室中应用风险管理可积极控制感染,减少内镜使用风险情况,工作满意评价更高。
Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in infection control in endoscopy room.Methods 30 nurses in the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected,they were divided into routine group and study group by the time,with 15 nurses in each group.The routine group received routine nursing management(from October 2020 to April 2021).The study group provides routine care management and risk management(from May to October 2021).35 patients admitted to the hospital for examination and treatment in the endoscopy in the same group were selected during the same period.The qualification rate of endoscopic biomonitoring,occupational exposure probability,and management effect scores of two groups medical staff,patient satisfaction,and incidence of various infections in the endoscopic room were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the study group had significantly higher endoscopic biomonitoring qualification rate,patient satisfaction,and management effect scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the occupational exposure probability of medical staff and the incidence of various infections in the endoscopic room were lower in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the endoscopy room can actively control infection,reduce the use of endoscopy risks,and have a higher job satisfaction evaluation.
