摘要
目的探讨内镜护理管理中开展风险管理的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月云南省楚雄州禄丰县人民医院收治的内镜检查患者80例患者,随机分为实验组和常规组,各40例。常规组接受常规内镜护理,实验组在内镜护理中开展风险管理,比较两组感染发生率、内镜生物监测合格率。结果实验组内镜腔合格率100.00%、内镜外合格率100.00%、水槽合格率97.50%、其他合格率100.00%,显著高于常规组(75.00%、80.00%、65.00%、60.00%,P<0.05)。实验组药理性感染发生率0、病理性感染发生率0、损伤性感染发生率2.50%,显著高于常规组(20.00%、17.50%、22.50%,P<0.05)。结论将风险管理引入到内镜护理中,能够减少内镜检查相关感染,提升内镜生物监测合格率。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management in endoscopic nursing management.Methods Eighty patients admitted to our hospital for endoscopic examination from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group(each 40 cases).The conventional group received conventional endoscopic care,and the experimental group were applied risk management in endoscopic care.The incidence of infection and the qualified rate of endoscopic biological monitoring in the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the qualification rate of endoscope cavity was 100.00%,the qualification rate outside endoscopy was 100.00%,the qualification rate of sink was 97.50%,and the other qualification rate was 100.00%,which were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(75.00%,80.00%,65.00%,and 60.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of drug rational infection(0),pathological infection(0)and traumatic infection(2.50%)in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the conventional group(20.00%,17.50%and 22.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of risk management into endoscopic nursing can reduce the infection associated with endoscopic examination and improve the qualified rate of endoscopic biological monitoring.
