摘要
笔者以某三甲综合医院的医疗风险分担机制的建设为研究对象,将第三方见证谈话制度和医疗意外险相结合,促进医疗机构医疗风险分担机制的发展,从第三方见证谈话制度和医疗意外险相结合的医疗风险分担机制模式的建立、必要性、流程及监管进行论证,阐述该模式在提高医疗质量,提高风险防范能力,落实医疗风险分担机制和改善医患关系的作用。
Based on the research object of medical risk sharing mechanism construction in a comprehensive hospital of class A and grade three,the third party witness conversation system and medical accident insurance were combined to promote the development of medical risk sharing mechanism in medical institutions.The paper demonstrates the establishment,necessity,process and supervision of the medical risk sharing mechanism mode combining the third-party witness conversation system and medical accident insurance,and expounds the role of this mode in improving medical quality,risk prevention ability,the implementation of medical risk sharing mechanism and the improvement of doctor-patient relationship.
