摘要
党中央提出要加强新时代廉洁文化建设,体现了高度的文化自觉和坚定的文化自信,具有重大战略意义。廉洁文化建设对廉洁政府建设具有重大意义,腐败虽然是一种政治现象,但腐败的滋生与文化密切相关,廉洁文化为廉洁政府建设立根铸魂。政治赋能与文化提升相统一,体现出建设廉洁文化与建设廉洁政府的内在逻辑关系。加强廉洁文化建设对廉洁社会建设具有重大意义,民族品性的塑造、健康社会氛围的营造、社会主义核心价值观的践行,都依赖廉洁文化建设。加强廉洁文化建设对廉洁政党建设具有重大意义,廉洁是中国共产党保持以红色为底色的必然要求,深入推进全面从严治党,确保党不变质、不变色、不变味,始终坚持自我革命,需要以廉洁文化建设塑造廉洁型政党形象。
