习近平关于廉洁文化建设重要论述体现了党中央坚定的文化自信和高度的文化自觉,为在全党全社会形成深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的思想理念、文化氛围提供了重要遵循。习近平关于廉洁文化建设重要论述是基于对马克思恩格斯廉洁文化思想、中华优秀传统廉洁文化的继承发展,以及历代中国共产党人廉洁文化观的赓续创新基础上生成的。其逻辑要义可以从廉洁文化建设的“出发点”“动力点”“支撑点”“落脚点”四个紧密相连、相互型构的整体来理解和阐释。习近平关于廉洁文化建设重要论述独特的理论内蕴和鲜明的时代特征,对于全党全社会营造廉荣贪耻的良好氛围、实现一体推进“三不腐”战略目标,具有重大理论和现实价值。
Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of incorruptible culture reflects the firm cultural confidence and high cultural consciousness of the CPC Central Committee,and provides an important guideline for the formation of ideas and cultural atmosphere to further promote the construction of Party conduct and incorruptible government,and the fight against corruption in the whole Party and society.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of incorruptible culture is based on the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels’honest culture,the excellent traditional Chinese clean culture,and the ceaseless innovation of Chinese Communists’culture views on probity.Its logical essence can be understood and explained from the"starting point","power point","support point"and"foothold"of the construction of incorruptible culture as a whole,which are closely connected and mutually structured.The unique theoretical connotation and distinct characteristics of the time of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of incorruptible culture have great theoretical and practical value for the whole Party and the whole society to create a good atmosphere of“integrity and honor,corruption and shame”,and realize the strategic goal of"three no corruption".
