摘要
为培养多元化、创新型的高级工程技术人才,吉林大学新能源与环境工程学院基于成果导向(OBE)理念,建立了以“职业定位—培养目标—核心能力”为主线的人才培养体系。据此制定专业培养标准和培养方案,构建支撑课程模块。通过考察培养目标合理性、评估课程目标达成度、跟踪毕业生情况等,对学生的学习成效展开多角度反馈与评价,为新工科背景下培养单位如何有效提高人才培养质量提供了参考。
In order to cultivate diversified and innovative senior engineering and technical talents, new energy and environmental engineering college of Jilin University has established a talent training system with "professional orientation-training objectives-core competence" as the main line based on the concept of achievement orientation. According to the training structure, the professional training standards and training programs are formulated, and the supporting curriculum system is constructed. Through examining the rationality of training objectives, evaluating the achievement degree of the curriculum objectives and tracking the situation of graduates,learning effectiveness is fed back and evaluated from multiple perspectives. This paper provides a reference for effectively improving the quality of talent cultivation under the background of new engineering.
