摘要
以高质量发展为视角,探索我国学校冰雪后备人才培养的改革与发展方向。新时代培养卓越的冰雪后备人才是冰雪强国建设的重要载体,对于推动校园冰雪运动发展具有重要的支撑作用。学校冰雪人才培养在顶层设计上要构建新发展格局、贯彻新发展理念、立足新发展阶段,加强学校冰雪师资储备,培养卓越的冰雪后备人才;在改革方向上要坚持党的全面领导、坚持问题导向、坚持以学生为中心,培养探索内涵式人才培养道路,培育高素质的冰雪后备人才;在推进路径上要创新冰雪人才培养模式,加快供给侧改革步伐,构建终身学习体系,培养能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,旨在全面加强我国学校冰雪人才培养质量和效益,助力冰雪强国建设。
Training outstanding ice and snow reserve talents is an important carrier for the construction of ice and snow power,and plays an important supporting role in promoting the development of campus ice and snow sports.This study mainly adopts the method of literature and logical analysis,from the perspective of high-quality development,explores the reform and development direction of China’s school snow and ice reserve talent training,and puts forward the multidimensional path of China’s school snow and ice talent training in the new era,so as to comprehensively strengthen the quality and benefit of China’s school snow and ice talent training.It is concluded that in the new era,the top-level design of school snow and ice talent training in China should construct a new development pattern,carry out the new development concept,base on the new development stage,strengthen the reserve of school snow and ice teachers,and cultivate outstanding snow and ice talent reserve.In the direction of reform,we should adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,problem-oriented and student-centered,cultivate and explore the road of introspective talent training,and cultivate high-quality reserve talents of ice and snow.On the way forward,it is necessary to innovate the training mode of ice and snow talents,speed up the pace of supply-side reform,build a lifelong learning system,train new talents who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation,and help build a snow and ice country.
