摘要
“1+X证书”制度能够充分实现专业能力和职业技能的良好融合,是开放教育实现升级的重要抓手,更是满足现代社会对人才需要的重要努力方向。目前,基于学分银行的“1+X证书”模式正在发挥其教育本位作用,成为评价开放教育的有力根据,文中着眼于学分银行制度,分析现代开放教育推进过程中学分银行与“1+X证书”中存在的问题,并探索其在开放教育物流管理专业教学改革方面所能够发挥的积极作用,针对物流管理专业实际教学模式中人才培养方案、完善课程体系建设、人才培训等方面存在的不足,实现优化和升级以达到物流人才的培养标准,使得人才推动整个社会的发展。
The“1+X certificate”system can fully realize the good integration of professional ability and vocational skills,which is an important starting point for the upgrading of open education,and an important direction to meet the needs of modern society.Currently,the“1+X certificate”model based on school credit banks is playing its role in the educational standard,which becomes a strong basis for evaluating open education.This paper focuses on the school credit banking system,analyzes the problems existing in the school credit bank and“1+X certificate”in the process of promoting modern open education,and explores its positive role in the professional teaching reform of open education and logistics management.In view of the deficiencies in the talent training scheme,improving the curriculum system construction and talent training in the actual teaching mode for optimization and upgrading,to meet the training standards of logistics talents,so as to make the talent promote the development of the whole society.
