摘要
科学构建一个专业的人才培养模式对学校培养专业人才具有重要意义。文中在阐述人才培养模式含义的基础上,认为远程开放教育物流管理专业人才培养模式应从培养目标、培养过程、培养制度和培养评价四个方面构建;同时,以国家开放大学广州分部为例,阐述了该校物流管理专业人才培养模式的含义与内容,总结了广州电大十来年物流管理专业人才培养模式的实践成果,并对今后开放大学物流管理专业的发展提出了建议与思考。
Building talent cultivationmodel reasonably is very important to a major. On the base of the definition of Logistics Management major Talent Cultivation Mode, thearticle constructs the of logistics management major talent cultivation mode of open education from four aspects of training target, training process, training system and training evaluation. Taking the Guangzhou Open University for example,thearticle also expounds the meaning and content of its logistics management major talent cultivation model, summarizes its practice and results for ten years, and proposessuggestions and thoughts for its development.
