摘要
随着对外贸易需求的提升,社会对从事国际货代工作的人员有了更高的要求,因此高职国际货代的人才培养需求也不断在变化。文章根据国际货代的课程特点和人才培养需求,进行了传统教学组织的问题描述,根据问题组建新的课程群教学知识点,并通过探索新的教学组织形式满足高职国际货代教学需要,从而使学生的理论基础更扎实,知识结构更完善。同时也培养了学生的专业素养和创新能力,对他们今后学习和就业具有积极作用。
With the increasing demand for foreign trade,the society has higher requirements for personnel engaged in international freight forwarding,so the talent training demand of international freight forwarding in higher vocational colleges is constantly changing.According to the course characteristics and talent training needs of international freight forwarding,this paper describes the problems of traditional teaching organization,establishes new teaching knowledge points of course group,and meets the teaching needs of international freight forwarding in higher vocational colleges by exploring new teaching organization forms,so as to make students^theoretical foundation more solid and knowledge structure more perfect.At the same time,it also cultivates students^professional quality and innovation ability,which plays a positive role in their future study and employment.
