摘要
为了合理地进行配电自动化改造且在有效提升电网风险抵御能力的同时保证投资经济性,研究了面向供电可靠性提升的配电终端与开关选型选址问题。首先,分析了分支馈线中负荷在典型故障下的供电恢复条件。然后,定义了便于理解以及建模的逻辑算子,进一步得到负荷在设备不同布点以及类型下的停电时间函数。最后,搭建了适应不同网络架构的配电终端与开关选型选址0-1二次规划模型,同时对“二遥”终端、手动开关、保护开关、“三遥”开关以及联络开关进行精确布点。通过IEEE标准测试馈线以及实际馈线配合数学求解器进行测试分析,证明了所提模型在对终端与开关选型选址时兼具合理性和有效性,能够高效地辅助配电网改造规划工作,初步解决配电自动化改造过程中“装什么、装在哪”的实际痛点。
To reasonably carry out the renovation of distribution automation and effectively improve the risk resistance ability of the power grid while ensuring investment economy,the type and site selection of distribution terminals and switches is studied for the improvement of power supply reliability.Firstly,the power supply restoration conditions of the load in the branch feeder with typical faults are analyzed.Then,the logical operators that are easy to understand and model are defined,and the outage time function of the load with different locations and types of automation equipment is obtained.Finally,the 0-1 quadratic programming model of the type and site selection of distribution terminals and switches,which is adaptive to different network architectures,is established.At the same time,the“two-remote”terminal,manual switch,protection switch,“three-remote”switch,and tie switch are precisely located.The test and analysis of the IEEE standard test feeder and the actual feeder with the mathematical solver prove that the proposed model is reasonable and effective in the type and site selection of terminals and switches.The distribution network renovation programming can be efficiently assisted,and the actual pain points of“what to install,where to install”in the process of the distribution automation renovation are preliminarily solved.
