摘要
为了准确有效地评估配电自动化系统实施效益,提高配电自动化系统规划水平,进行了复杂配电自动化系统可靠性分析,建立了计及故障段内定位时间的复杂配电系统分区可靠性计算模型。基于馈线多向树结构,分析了不同终端配置情况下的故障处理逻辑,计算了区域用户停电时间和系统停电时间,同时计及设备计划检修的影响。在可靠性分析的基础上,针对开关及二次设备混合优化难题,提出"最大比效益增量"法,通过两种优化目标完善架空、电缆线路开关和二次自动化设备的选型、数量和安装位置,为配电自动化系统规划提供参考。
In order to accurately evaluate the efficiency of a distribution automation system(DAS)and improve its planning level,the reliability of complex DAS is analyzed.And the reliability calculation model of the complex distribution system with fault location time is developed.In light of the multi-directional tree structure of the feeder,the fault processing logic under different terminal configurations is examined.The power customer outage time in the area and the system outage time are calculated,while the impact of scheduled maintenance is taken into account.Given the reliability,the 'maximum specific benefit increment'method is proposed to solve the problem of hybrid optimization of switch and secondary equipment.By using two optimization objectives,the selection,quantity and installation of switch and secondary automation equipment on the overhead and cable lines are perfected to provide a reference to the DAS planning.
