摘要
范围为配电自动化系统与配电地理信息系统之间的应用集成服务接口,具体包括对大数据量的整合过程,电网GIS系统和配电自动化系统都存在对电网模型的连接、拓扑关系的图形化描述。配电自动化系统侧重于电网运行设备的实时监控与方式调度,而电网GIS系统侧重于电网设备资产管理和空间信息描述和拓扑表达,在模型描述、建模粒度、管理方式均存在差异。在IEC61968/61970标准体系指导下,电网GIS系统和配电自动化系统使用CIM模型表达,进行电网数据交换。
In this paper,the scope of the study is between the distribution automation system and distribution geographic information system application integration services interface,including the integration process of large amount of data,grid GIS system and distribution automation system are on grid model connection,topological relation of graphical description. Distribution automation system focuses on power grid equipment real-time monitoring and scheduling,while the grid GIS system focuses on equipment assets management of power grid and spatial information description and topology expression,described in the model,the granularity modeling and management are different. Under the guidance of IEC61968 /61970 standard system,GIS system and power distribution automation system are expressed in CIM model.
