摘要
配电网自动化系统是电网现代化建设的重要组成部分,作为电网供应链的终端环节,直接为电力用户提供安全、可靠的电力供应和优质、高效的电能服务。以舟山配电网自动化系统建设为例,详细分析了海岛配电网自动化系统建设的现状及面临的困难,结合现代电力系统发展趋势及海岛配电网运行特点,提出一种适合海岛配电网发展的新一代配电网自动化系统建设模式。
Distribution automation system is an important component of the power grid in the modernization construction.As the terminal link of the power grid supply chain,it provides a safe reliable electricity supply and the high quality and efficient service for the power consumers. Takeing the construction of Zhoushan distribution automation system for example,it analyzes in details the current situation and difficulties of the insular distribution automation system construction.Combining with the development trend of modern power system and the operation characteristics of insular distribution network,it proposes a new generation distribution automation system construction mode which is suitable for insular distribution network development.
