摘要
基于图论提出了将网络分层和网络等值法相结合的复杂配电网可靠性评估方法。该方法对复杂配电网进行分层处理,从最末层向上逐层等值,将复杂的配电网络等值成简单的辐射型网络,利用故障模式后果分析法计算系统可靠性指标。具体实现时,把配电网络看作有向图,用图的邻接矩阵实现网络拓扑,用图的插入和删除操作修改邻接矩阵,达到即时修改网络拓扑和计算可靠性指标的目的。算例结果昆明电网可靠性评估中的应用情况证明了该方法的有效性。
A graph theory based reliability evaluation method for a complex distribution network, which combines network lamination with network-equivalent, is proposed. Firstly complex distribution network is laminated, then starting form the last layer the equivalence of the complex distribution network is upwards performed one layer after another layer; thus a simple radial network is equivalent to original complex distribution network and by use of the consequence analysis of fault pattern the reliability index of the complex distribution network can be calculated. To implement the proposed method, the distribution network is regarded as a directed graph and the topology of the network is realized by adjacent matrix of the graph; the adjacent matrix can be modified by inserting or deleting operation of graph, so the topology of the network can be immediately modified while the reliability index can be calculated. It is proved that the proposed method is effective and corrective by example results and its applied reliability evaluation results in Kunming power network.
