摘要
提出了一种中压配电网环网开关优化配置的方法,在保证系统及用户供电可靠性的前提下,使得综合费用最低。根据元件故障对系统停电的影响,将带有复杂分支线的配电网简化;提出基于网络等效的配电网可靠性计算方法,实现了对供电可靠性及用户停电损失费用的评估。并在此基础上,建立了环网开关最优配置方法的数学模型,采用基于迁移策略的多种群遗传算法,克服了普通遗传算法收敛速度慢,且易陷入局部收敛的问题。通过算例,验证了该方法的有效件。
This paper proposes an optimization method to identify the number and location of feeder-switches in distribution system. The objective is to minimize the comprehensive cost and enhance the service reliability. It introduces an equivalent technique to evaluate the service reliability of composite distribution network, builds mathematical model of the comprehensive cost considering outage, investment, maintenance and line loss. The optimization method uses an improved genetic algorithm that named Multiple-Population Genetic Algorithm to search for the optimum solution. Numerical results validate feasibility of the method.
