摘要
为了寻找配电网薄弱环节,在配电网改造过程中兼顾电网的可靠性与经济性,利用可靠性成本效益分析法的基本原理,建立了配电网开关优化配置的数学模型及算法,开发了基于免疫算法的配电网开关优化程序。利用该程序,对长安西、金花变电站14条10 kV馈线进行了开关优化配置计算,得到了最优开关配置方案,并在长西线、首堡线改造中实施了该开关配置方案,证明了其科学性及有效性。
The paper presents a mathematical model & algorithm for optimal allocation of switching devices in power distribution network, develops switching devices optimization program based on immune algorithm, and in which the reliability cost-benefit analysis method is used to analyze the investment, maintenance and outage costs. 10 kV 14 feeders in Changanxi Substation and Jinhua Substation are selected to conduct optimal switching device scheme calculation by the developed program and the best scheme is obtained. The best scheme is carried out in Changxi feeder and Shoubu feeder and the engineering's applicability and correctness are verified.
