摘要
针对我国配电网的特点,提出了以一次性投资最小和综合费用最小相结合的多目标混合数学模型。该模型既适用于我国广大的农村地区又可以运用于城市配电网。在求解方法上根据实际情况,基于释放负荷与隔离线路长度乘积最大原则,结合成本效益分析法提出了断路器、隔离开关分阶段协调配置方案,典型算例仿真结果表明,所提算法计算速度快,开关配置合理有效,工程实用性强。
According to characteristic of Chinese distribution networks, this paper proposes multiple objective mathematical model containing total cost minimization and comprehensive cost minimization. This model can be used in rural and urban distribution networks. According to practical situation, this paper proposes the program of placement of optimal switch devices based on product maximum of released numbers of loads and isolated length of line and the method of cost-benefit analysis. The testing results show that the proposed model and method are reasonable and effective.
