摘要
目的探析为急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者应用全反式维甲酸、三氧化二砷联合治疗方案的临床效果。方法60例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组单纯应用全反式维甲酸诱导治疗,观察组应用全反式维甲酸联合三氧化二砷治疗。比较两组患者病情缓解率、复发率、死亡率、病情缓解所需时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者死亡率3.33%低于对照组的10.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者病情缓解率90.00%高于对照组的66.67%,复发率16.67%低于对照组的43.33%,病情缓解所需时间(24.31±3.67)d短于对照组的(36.41±4.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率23.33%高于对照组的13.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者拟用全反式维甲酸联合三氧化二砷药物治疗,在疗效、彻底性及安全性方面有令人满意的效果,值得推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of all-trans retinoic acid combined with arsenic trioxide in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with all-trans retinoic acid induction therapy alone,while the observation group was treated with all-trans retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide.The remission rate,recurrence rate,mortality rate,time required for remission and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The mortality rate 3.33%of the observation group was lower than 10.00%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The remission rate 90.00%of the observation group was higher than 66.67%of the control group,the recurrence rate 16.67%was lower than 43.33%of the control group,and the time required for remission(24.31±3.67)d was shorter than(36.41±4.36)d of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 23.33%in the observation group was higher than 13.33%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia with all-trans retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide is effective,thorough and safe,which is worthy of promotion.
