摘要
鉴于配电网规划成效构成因素的复杂性,选取供电量、供电可靠性、线损率作为KPI,提出一种基于规划成效KPI的投入产出分析方法,用于评估配电网滚动规划成效与投资需求的匹配关系。利用该方法可快速识别配电网规划成效的合理性。
In view of the complexity of the constituent factors of distribution network planning effectiveness,the power supply,power supply reliability and line loss rate are selected as KPIs,and an input-output analysis method based on planning effectiveness KPI is proposed to evaluate the matching relationship between the effectiveness of distribution network rolling planning and investment demand.This method can quickly identify the rationality of the effectiveness of distribution network planning.
