摘要
随着电网规划与管理工作日益精益化,建立科学、客观的电网评估指标体系十分迫切。从电网发展特性及价值取向出发,将电网发展评估划分为安全、可靠、优质、协调、经济、高效、智能共七个子系统,分别建立了三级指标。以某省域电网为例,应用指标体系对其"十一五"期间的电网发展进行评价。该指标体系具有系统、全面、客观的特点,对推进电网科学发展,提高电网管理水平具有重要意义。
With the increasingly fine requirements for power network planning and management,it is urgent to establish a scientific and objective assessment index system.According to the characteristics and the value orientation of power grid,the assessment system is divided into 7 sub-systems concerning security,reliability,quality,coordination,economy,efficiency and intelligence;and three-class indexes were established respectively.Finally,taking the case of a provincial power grid as the example,the index system was applied to the assessment of development standards from 2005 to 2010.With systematic,all-round and objective features,the index system is important to improve the scientific management level of power grid.
