融合层次分析算法和靶心制算法的供电可靠性精益管理评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高供电可靠性精益管理能力,促进供电企业供电可靠性水平的提升,研究了融合层次分析算法和靶心制算法的供电可靠性精益管理评价方法。分析供电可靠性指标季度权重影响因素和特性;建立了影响因素的特征矩阵和量化方法;介绍了基于层次分析(AHP)算法的季度权重评价方法和基于靶心制算法的评价方法,并提出了融合层次分析算法和靶心制算法的评价方法和流程;最后将该方法应用于某省级供电企业下辖的地市供电局供电可靠性精益管理评价中。结果表明,该算法可得到各供电企业可靠性精益管理评价情况,为该省级供电企业进一步推动供电可靠性精益化管理提供了参考。 In order to improve the ability of lean management of power supply reliability and promote the improvement of power supply reliability level of power supply enterprises,a lean management evaluation method of power supply reliability based on AHP and bulls-eye algorithm is studied.The influencing factors and characteristics of the quarterly weight of the power supply reliability index are analyzed;the characteristic matrix and quantification method of the influencing factors are established;the quarterly weight evaluation method based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)algorithm and the evaluation method based on the bulls-eye algorithm are introduced,and the evaluation method and process integrating AHP algorithm and bullseye algorithm are put forward.Finally,the method is applied to the evaluation of power supply reliability lean management of a provincial power supply enterprise.The results show that the algorithm can get the evaluation of the reliability lean management of power supply enterprises,and provide a reference for the provincial power supply enterprises to further promote the lean management of power supply reliability.
