摘要
临床疗效是中医立足之基,科学、客观的评价中医临床疗效是影响中医药传承与发展的关键。疗效评价是根据一定的评价标准对干预措施的效果和效力进行判断、比较、分析,最终得出有效或无效结论的过程。在此过程中需要多方面运用比较,如疗效评价方案、疗效评价指标、统计方法的选择都要通过比较实现最优化。比较研究作为一种思维方式,在各研究领域中应用广泛,但其在中医临床疗效评价中应用的思路方法研究较少。论述比较研究在临床研究中的应用现状和存在的问题,并提出比较研究在中医临床疗效评价中的应用思路,以期为后续研究提供思路。
Clinical efficacy is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Scientific and objective evaluation of clinical efficacy is the key to the inheritance and development of TCM.Efficacy evaluation is the process of judging,comparing and analyzing the effects and effectiveness of intervention measures based on certain evaluation criteria,and finally drawing effective or invalid conclusions.In this process,it is necessary to use comparisons in many aspects,such as the selection of curative effect evaluation programs,curative effect evaluation indicators and statistical methods.As a way of thinking,comparative research is widely used in various research fields,but there are few ideas and methods in the evaluation of clinical efficacy of TCM.This article discussed the application status and existing problems of comparative research in clinical research and proposed the application ideas of comparative research in clinical efficacy evaluation of TCM in order to provide ideas for follow-up research.
