摘要
中医的临床疗效评价是一项复杂的系统工程,是一个多学科、多目标、多层次的综合评价体系,是一个动态的不断完善、不断修正的连续认知过程,因其基于辨证论治的个体化、动态化诊疗模式,中医的临床疗效评价较之现代医学显然更为复杂。那么,中医临床疗效评价研究当如何开展,是否可以借鉴那些在现代医学疗效评价中行之有效的理论与方法,应用这些理论和方法时如何确保中医辨证论治特色和临床诊疗特点,拟从循证证据视角探析中医临床疗效评价的复杂性,聚焦研究中可能存在的问题,提出循证评价的方法应由循证实践的现状来决定,中医临床疗效评价循证证据体系的构建应该在符合中医临床实际的证据评价原则指导下完成。
The clinical curative effect evaluation of TCM is a complex system engineering,is a multidisciplinary,multi-objective and multi-level comprehensive evaluation system,is a dynamic continuous cognitive process,and constantly improve,and constantly revised because its based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of individualization,dynamic diagnosis model,the clinical curative effect evaluation of TCM obviously more complex than the modern medicine. So,how to carry out clinical efficacy evaluation of TCM？ Can we learn from the theories and methods that are effective in the evaluation of modern medical efficacy？ How to ensure the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical diagnosis and treatment when applying these theories and methods？ This article from the perspective of evidence-based evidence analysis of the complexity of the clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,focus on the research of the problem,put forward evidence-based evaluation methods should be determined by the status quo of evidence-based practice,clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine of evidence-based evidence system construction should be in accord with the actual evidence of TCM clinical evaluation completed under the guidance of the principle.
