摘要
借用CiteSpace软件呈现2010—2021年CSSCI数据库中宅基地制度改革研究文献的科学知识图谱,对宅基地制度改革研究的动态演进、关键词共现和关键词聚类三个方面进行全面的可视化分析,结合研究热点进行文献内容梳理。结果表明:2010—2021年学界关于宅基地制度改革研究可分为三个阶段,热点聚焦于宅基地使用权流转、农民宅基地退出意愿、宅基地“三权分置”、乡村振兴战略下的宅基地制度改革以及对“宅改”的评价研究五个方面;研究视角主要包括产权性视角、实践性视角、历史性视角和政策性视角;研究方法以实地调研的质性研究为主,借用Logistic、Probit等模型研究农民意愿及其影响因素。应针对宅基地制度改革的实操性和政策性层面的问题以及宅基地市场化过程中管理制度改革层面的问题进行进一步研究,以形成明确的全国性制度框架。
CiteSpace software was used to present the scientific knowledge map of the research literature on homestead system reform in CSSCI database from 2010 to 2021, and comprehensive visual analysis was conducted on the dynamic evolution, keyword co-occurrence and keyword clustering of homestead system reform research,and literature content was sorted based on research hotspots. The results show that the academic research on the reform of homestead system has gone through three development stages from 2010 to 2021, focusing on five aspects:the transfer of homestead use right, the withdrawal of homestead and farmers’ will, the separation of homestead "three rights", the reform of homestead system under the rural revitalization strategy, and the evaluation of "homestead reform". The research perspective mainly includes property rights perspective, practical perspective,historical perspective and policy perspective. The research method is mainly qualitative research based on field investigation, supplemented by quantitative research. Logistic, Probit and other models are used to study farmers’ willingness and its influencing factors. Further research should be carried out on the practical and policy aspects of the homestead system reform and the management system reform in the process of homestead marketization, so as to form a clear national institutional framework.
