摘要 介绍了国内外防腐涂料的研究和发展情况,阐述了一种水性双组分环氧底面合一涂料的制备方法,并对影响涂料性能的因素做了分析。结果表明,实验采用双乳液环氧树脂体系,以乳液型改性胺加成物为固化剂,制备的涂料具有高耐盐雾性能,耐中性盐雾可以达到1000 h;同时具有优异的柔韧性,干膜170μm可通过50 kg·cm的冲击测试;而且干燥速率快,60℃烘烤2 h可以达到2H的硬度。该涂料还具有优秀的机械性能和防腐性能,适用于轨道交通和工程机械等领域。 This paper introduces the research and development of anti-corrosion coatings at home and abroad,expounds a method of preparing waterborne two-component epoxy one-coat coatings,and analyzes the factors influencing the performance of the coatings.In the experiment,a double-emulsion epoxy system was adopted,and an emulsion-type modified amine adduct was used as the curing agent.The results show the coatings prepared have high salt fog resistance,neutral salt fog resistance up to 1000 h,and excellent flexibility.The dry film of 170μm can pass the impact test of 50 kg·cm;the drying rate is fast.2H hardness can be reached after baking at 60℃for 2 h.The coatings have excellent mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties,suitable for rail transit,construction machinery,and other fields.
