摘要
分析了乳液型阴离子聚丙烯酰胺黏均相对分子质量测定过程中,有效成分测定方法、粉碎时的转速、时间以及配制试样时搅拌方式、搅拌速率、溶胀时间等因素对测定结果的影响,确定了准确测定乳液型阴离子聚丙烯酰胺有效成分的方法,并对标准GB 12005.1—1989中试样配制方法进行了优化,形成了乳液型阴离子聚丙烯酰胺黏均相对分子质量的标准化测定方法。
The influences of the effective component determination method in determination of viscosity average molecular weight of emulsion anionic polyacrylamide, the rotary speed and time in sold smashing and the stirring mode, stirring rate and swelling time in the preparation of the sample, on determination result were analyzed. The method for accurately determining the effective components of emulsion anionic polyacrylamide is proposed, and the sample preparing method in the standard GB 12005.1-89 is optimized. A standardized method for determining the viscosity average molecular weight of emulsion anionic polyacrylamide is developed.
