摘要
研制了一种高光泽深色水性氨基烤漆,在130℃烘烤15 min后,漆膜的60°光泽达93,铅笔硬度为2H,耐冲击性为50 cm,附着力为1级,可用于金属罐的外表面涂装。对影响水性氨基烤漆光泽的多种因素进行了分析,结果表明:合适的树脂固化剂体系和颜基比是制备高光泽深色水性氨基烤漆的关键。
A kind of high gloss and deep tone waterborne amino baking paint has been developed which can be cured at 130℃/15 min. The paint shows excellent properties： gloss （60°） 93, pencil hardness 2H, impact strength 50 cm, adhesion grade 1. It can be used for finishing of metal cans. The factors which had in- fluenced on film gloss were analyzed. The results showed that the key to develop high gloss and deep tone waterborne amino baking paint is the appropriate resin/curing agent system and pigment/binder （P/B） ratio.
