摘要
以水性丙烯酸树脂和水性氨基树脂与自制无溶剂水性聚酯树脂拼用,制得一种水性丙烯酸聚酯氨基烤漆。研究了不同厂家的水性丙烯酸树脂、水性氨基树脂和中和剂,水性氨基树脂与丙烯酸树脂的不同质量比,以及聚酯树脂的用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,以国产JCW2862水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜树脂、聚合型高亚氨基高甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂5747为交联剂,二者质量比为4∶1,用N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)做中和剂来控制pH为8左右,水性聚酯的用量为20.3%时,所得涂膜的综合性能较好:附着力0级,60°光泽95,硬度3H,耐中性盐雾试验480 h。
A waterborne acrylic polyester amino baking paint was prepared by blending waterborne acrylic resin and waterborne amino resin with a home-made solvent-free waterborne polyester resin.The effects of waterborne acrylic resins,waterborne amino resins,and neutralizers produced by different manufacturers,different mass ratios of amino resin to waterborne acrylic resin,and the amount of polyester resin on the properties of film were studied.The results indicated that the film prepared with a domestic waterborne acrylic resin JCW2862 as film-forming resin and polymeric high-imino and highly methyl-etherified melamine resin 5747 as crosslinker at a mass ratio of 4:1 as well as 20.3%of waterborne polyester by using N,N-dimethylethanolamine(DMEA)as neutralizer to control the pH at about 8 had good comprehensive performance as follows:0-grade adhesion,glossiness 95,hardness 3H,and neutral salt spray resistance 480 h.
