C_(5)烷烃生产顺酐技术经济-环境风险集成评估 被引量:2

摘要 在国内面临碳五(C_(5))烷烃资源过剩、传统苯酐生产工艺的邻二甲苯原料供应不足的背景下,本研究立足于某苯酐/顺酐生产企业技术改造需求,运用Aspen Plus软件对C_(5)烷烃生产顺酐技术路线进行了概念设计和流程模拟。且基于生命周期评价(LCA)分析环境影响潜力,并耦合生命周期成本及清洁生产静态投资偿还期理念核算综合经济效益,以提高技术经济-环境风险集成评估过程有效性和可靠性。结果表明:该方案综合技术经济效益较高,具有进一步降低环境影响的潜力。本研究可为相关企业顺酐生产技术路线选择和环境风险防控提供科学有效的理论依据和决策支持。 Based on the situation of the surplus of C_(5) alkane resource in China and the shortage of raw materials of o-xylene,traditional phthalic anhydride(PA)production process have to upgrade the technology and profit.The conceptual design and process simulation of a maleic anhydride(MA)production technology from C_(5) alkane are carried out by Aspen Plus,based on the technology design demand of a PA/MA production enterprise in Dongguan.Furthermore,the life cycle assessment(LCA)is applied to analyze the environmental impact potential,and the comprehensive economic benefits are calculated by coupling the life cycle cost and the static investment repayment period of cleaner production,which improves the effectiveness and reliability of the techno-economic and environmental risk analysis.The results show that the new technology has a high comprehensive techno-economic benefit,which also has a good potential for environmental impact reduction.This study may provide scientific and effective theoretical and decision support for the MA production technology selection,and the environmental risk prevention and control for the related enterprises.
