摘要
在共浸渍法制备磷化钨 /γ- Al2 O3 催化剂基础上 ,分别加入 1%、3%、5 %、7%和 9% (占活性组分比例 )的助剂镍或钴 ,制得负载 30 %含助剂镍 /钴磷化钨 /γ- Al2 O3 系列催化剂 ,考察了助剂及其加入比例对催化剂加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮性能的影响 .结果表明 ,加入适当比例的助剂镍或钴 ,有利于提高磷化钨 /γ- Al2 O3 催化剂的加氢脱硫活性 ,当助剂含量分别为 5 %镍或 7%钴时 ,催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫率最高 ;助剂镍对磷化钨 /γ -Al2 O3 催化剂的加氢脱氮反应不利 ,而加入适当比例助剂钴有利于提高催化剂加氢脱氮活性 ,当助剂钴含量为 5 %时 ,催化剂吡啶加氢脱氮率最高 .温度对磷化钨 /γ- Al2 O3 催化剂加氢精制性能有一定影响 ,高温有利于加氢脱硫反应 ,低温有利于加氢脱氮反应 .
On the basis of WP/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst, a series of loading 30% tungsten phosphide catalysts containing promoter nickel or cobalt were prepared by adding 1%、 3%、 5%、 7% and 9% promoter nickel or cobalt. The effect of promoter and its proportion on hydrodesulfurization(HDS) and hydrodenitrogenation(HDN) activity had been studied. The result shown that adding proper promoter nickel or cobalt was favorable for raising HDS activity. When promoter content was 5% nickel or 7% cobalt the catalyst had the highest HDS conversion. The results also indicated that adding promoter nickel reduced HDN activity while adding proper promoter cobalt could raise HDN activity. When Promoter cobalt content was 5%, the catalyst had the highest HDN conversion. The higher temperature was favorable for HDS and the lower temperature was favorable for HDN.
