摘要
对抽余碳四烃的利用现状进行了综述,重点介绍了正丁烷、异丁烷、正丁烯、异丁烯,以及含炔碳四烃的利用现状。同时,对碳四烃的下游产品,特别是,乙烯和丙烯的生产工艺路线进行了对不分析。最后,对碳四烃类资源的综合利用进行了分析。
in recent years,with the vigorous development of Chinas oil industry,the corresponding technologies such as crude oil exploitation,oil refining,oil secondary processing,and the derived related industries have made great progress.In the process of petroleum exploitation and processing(such as refining,cracking,and oil-gas separation),a large number of C4 hydrocarbons will be produced.Therefore,in terms of resource reserves,the source of C4 hydrocarbons is quite abundant.According to statistics,the current capacity of C4 hydrocarbon in China has reached 5 MT.According to the composition classification,C4 hydrocarbons mainly include n-butane,isobutane,1-butene,2-butene,isobutene,1,3-butadiene,n-butane,isobutane,1-butene,2-butene,isobutene,1,3-butadiene and butyne,which are also common chemical raw materials at present.By studying how to optimize the application of C4 hydrocarbon in chemical production,we can vigorously promote the processing of low-carbon hydrocarbons,so as to achieve the goal of low-carbon emission reduction and green production,which is conducive to improving the status quo of environmental pollution and energy shortage in China.Therefore,the research on the utilization and processing of C4 hydrocarbons can maximize the value of C4 hydrocarbons and improve the utilization rate of energy.
