摘要 钢丝绳环是O形钢丝绳隔振器的关键隔振元件。针对钢丝绳环几何建模困难、耗时长的问题,文中在分析绳环几何结构的基础上,采用空间坐标轴变换方法,建立了点接触钢丝绳环中各钢丝中心线的空间曲线数学方程,推导出不同规格钢丝绳环几何关系的精确数学模型。基于MATLAB建立了6×19+IWS右交互捻钢丝绳环的参数化方程,并利用GUIDE模块实现了钢丝绳环参数化设计图形用户界面的可视化。最后,以某种已知结构参数的钢丝绳环为例,设计出6种空间位置的钢丝中心线曲线,通过提取数据导入Creo中扫掠阵列,成功建立了钢丝绳环的三维实体模型。该研究为O形钢丝绳环参数化设计提供了一种简单高效的设计方法,并以某个6×19+IWS右交互捻钢丝绳环参数化设计为例,验证了该方法的有效性,为O形钢丝绳隔振器隔振性能的深入研究奠定基础。 The wire-rope ring is the key vibration isolation element of the O-shaped wire-rope vibration isolator. In this article, in view of the difficulty in geometric modeling and slow modeling speed of the key elements of the O-typed wire-rope vibration isolator, based on the analysis on the wire-rope ring’s geometric structure, the method of space coordinate-axis transformation is adopted to set up the space curve mathematical equation of the center line of each wire in the point-contact wire-rope ring, and the precise mathematical model of different specifications of the wire-rope ring is derived. The parametric equation of the 6×19+IWS right-interactive laying wire-rope ring is set up by means of MATLAB, and the GUIDE module is used to complete the visualization of the graphical user interface of parametric design for the wire-rope ring. Finally, with the steel wire-rope ring with known structural parameters as an example, the wire-rope centerline curves of six spatial positions are designed, and the 3 d solid model of the wire-rope ring is successfully set up in Creo. This study provides a simple and efficient design method for parametric design of the O-typed wire rope ring, with the 6×19+IWS right-interactive steel wire-rope ring as an example, thus verifying effectiveness of the method and laying a solid foundation for in-depth studies on the O-typed wire-rope vibration isolator’s isolation performance.
