摘要
钢丝绳捻制成型 ,其边股横截面积呈椭圆形 ,金属芯相对于边股应适当加粗。介绍金属芯的最小加粗量和绳股之间间隙量的计算方法 ,根据间隙量推导金属芯加粗量的计算公式 ,并利用拆股试验分析使用后的钢丝绳股间接触处损伤程度 ,来验证加粗量的适宜性。
Crossing shape of strand is oval when steel wire rope is twisted. Size of metal core should be thickened properly. The calculation methods of minimum thickened value and gap value between strand and core are introduced. The calculation formula of metal core thickened value is deduced basing on gap value. Damage degree between rope and strand of used wire rope by disassembling strand test is analyzed so as to validate suitability of metal core thickened value.
