不同结构参数的钢丝绳隔振器抗冲击性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 传统的钢丝绳隔振器设计依赖大量试验数据,新产品开发成本高且测试周期长。为解决此工程问题,首先,通过空间坐标系变换建立三次螺旋的钢丝绳隔振器空间轨迹方程,并利用Matlab及Pro/E软件得到钢丝绳各芯丝空间曲线及等效钢丝绳隔振器三维模型;其次,针对不同结构参数的钢丝绳隔振器,利用ABAQUS分析并计算了等效冲击刚度和冲击损耗因子,通过冲击试验对仿真结果进行验证。研究结果表明:截面直径对等效冲击刚度的影响最为显著;螺旋直径对冲击损耗因子的影响最显著;等效冲击刚度和冲击损耗因子与几何结构参数皆呈非线性关系。试验数据表明,仿真结果的误差不超过10%。该研究结论可为抗冲击钢丝绳隔振器的设计和制造提供理论指导。 A large number of experimental data are dependent on the design process of traditional wire rope isola⁃tor,new product development costs are high and the testing cycle is long.In order to solve this engineering prob⁃lem,firstly,the space trajectory equation of the wire rope isolator was established through the transformation of the space coordinate system,and the space curve of each core wire of the wire rope and the three-dimensional model were obtained by using Matlab and Pro/E.Secondly,ABAQUS was used to analyze and calculate the equivalent impact stiffness and impact loss factor of wire rope vibration isolators with different structural parameters,and the simulation results are verified by impact test.Results show that the section diameter has a signifi⁃cant influence on the equivalent impact stiffness;and the spiral diameter has a significant influence on the impact loss factor.The equivalent impact stiffness and impact loss factor have nonlinear relationships with structure pa⁃rameters.The error between the test data and the simulation result does not exceed 10%.Conclusions can pro⁃vide theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of shock-resistant wire rope isolators.
