摘要
本科层次职业教育是我国现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,以培养技术工程师岗位的技术型人才为主要目标。当前,本科层次职业大学面临办学方向亟待明确、办学理念亟待转变、专业建设亟待升级、教师能力亟待提升、管理体制有待健全等现实问题,需要国家层面完善制度设计,明确职业本科办学方向,学校层面确立兼具高等性和职业性的办学理念,统筹协调专业内涵建设,对标本科要求建设师资队伍,创新办学体制机制,激发办学活力。
Vocational university is an important part of Chinese modern vocational education system, with the main goal of training technical talents. At present, vocational university are facing such practical problems as the urgent need to clarify the direction of running a school, the urgent need to change the idea of running a school,the urgent need to upgrade the professional construction, the urgent need to improve the teachers’ ability, and the need to improve the management system.It is necessary to improve the system design at the national level, clarify the direction of vocational undergraduate education, establish a school running concept that is both advanced and professional, coordinate the construction of professional connotation, build a team of teachers according to the requirements of undergraduate education, innovate the school running system and mechanism, and stimulate the vitality of school running.
