摘要
鉴于职业本科教育在人才培养目标上的变化,职业本科大学英语亟需对其职场英语能力培养的定位进行重新审视:职场英语能力培养须凸显其在大学英语课程中的主导性,彰显其在英语能力培养上的高阶性,凸显其在教育类型和区域经济发展等层面上的特色性。目前,职业本科大学英语的职场英语教学缺乏权威性课程标准的参照,缺少具有适配度课程资源的支持,欠缺全面且深入教学研究的支撑,需要通过贯彻和落实立德树人、搭建契合院校专业设置的职场英语内容框架、加快推进课程建设、优化实践教学开展方式等途径,切实提升职场英语能力培养的有效性。
In view of the change in the goal of talents training in vocational undergraduate education,it is necessary for vocational undergraduate college English to reposition its role in the cultivation of workplace English competency.The cultivation of workplace English competency should highlight its dominant status in college English course,emphasize its high level in the training of English ability,and highlight its distinctive features in the educational type and the regional economic development.Currently,the teaching of workplace English in vocational undergraduate college English lacks reference to authoritative course standards,is short of appropriate course resources,and lacks the support of comprehensive and in-depth teaching researches.To improve the effectiveness of workplace English ability cultivation,it is essential to enhance the implementation of moral education,work out a content framework of workplace English that is in line with the major setting of the college,accelerate the course construction and optimize the approaches to carry.
