摘要
消防工作十分重要,它关系到国计民生和社会安定。随着时代的进步和社会的发展,消防方面的发展开始在社会发展中占据越来越高的地位,尤其是消防员在处理各种险情时,需要不断提高自己的战斗力和体能。因此,该文结合基层消防员体能训练的现状,对目前训练中存在的训练不重视、训练师资力量有待提高、训练过于形式化、训练形式单一等问题及问题产生的原因进行分析,并找到切实可行的解决对策,提升体能训练的效率和消防救援队伍的整体战斗力。做好消防工作,对于保卫社会主义现代化建设事业,保障人民生命财产免受危害,具有重大的意义。
Fire fighting work is very important,which is related to the national economy,the people's livelihood and social stability.With the progress of the times and the development of society,the development of fire protection begins to occupy a higher and higher position in social development,especially when firefighters deal with various dangerous situations,they need to constantly improve their combat effectiveness and physical strength.Therefore,combined with the current situation of physical training of grass-roots firefighters,this paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the current training,such as not paying attention to the training,the strength of training teachers to be improved,the training is too formal and the training form is single,and finds practical solutions to improve the efficiency of physical training and the overall combat effectiveness of fire rescue teams.Doing a good job in fire control is of great significance for safeguarding the cause of socialist modernization and protecting people's lives and property from fire hazards.
