摘要
Seminar组会是导师培养研究生的重要途径。文献分析和现状调查显示,预防医学类研究生Seminar组会多侧重于研究生科研能力和创新思维的培养。预防医学研究生是国家公共卫生体系的后备军,承载着维护人民健康的重任,良好的职业素养是人才质量保障。导师不仅是研究生科研伦理的指导者更是人生道路的引路人,需要增加组会中职业道德教育比重,多分享疫情实践经历,增强研究生的社会荣誉感和职业自豪感,并在充分发挥校外导师育人优势的同时,在组会中融入科研伦理教育。
Seminar is an important way for tutors to train graduate students. Literature analysis and current situation survey show that the seminar group of graduate students in preventive medicine will focus more on the cultivation of graduate students’ scientific research ability and innovative thinking. Graduate students in preventive medicine are the reserve force of the national public health system, who carry the important task of maintaining people’s health. Good professional quality is the guarantee of talent quality. The tutor is not only the guide of graduate students’ scientific research principles, but also the guide of their life path. It is necessary to increase the proportion of professional ethics education in the group meeting, share more epidemic practice experience, enhance graduate students’ sense of social honor and professional pride, and integrate scientific research ethics education into the group meeting while giving full play to the advantages of off campus tutor education.
