摘要
基于2018年度“全国博士毕业生调查”数据的分析发现:实验室定期组会对自然科学领域博士生的科研能力增值有显著正向影响;但实验室定期组会无法替代导师的高频率一对一指导,与“无实验室定期组会和高频率一对一指导组合”相比,相反情形下的博士生科研能力增值显著变少;与其他组合相比,实验室定期组会和高频率一对一指导结合情况下的博士生科研能力增值显著更多。为提升自然科学领域博士生的学术训练效果,可积极推广定期举行实验室组会的做法,并将其与导师的高频率一对一指导有机结合。
Based on the National Doctoral Graduates Investigation(2018),it is found that regular lab meetings have a significant positive impact on the research skill increment of doctoral students in natural sciences;the regular lab meeting can’t replace one-for-one supervision,that is,the research skill increment of doctoral students under the condition of“lab meeting&low-frequency supervision”is significantly lower than that of“no lab meeting&high-frequency supervision”;compared with other combination types,it is significantly higher when the regular lab meeting is used in combination with high-frequency supervision.In order to promote academic training,it should spread the regular lab meeting,as well as high-frequency one-for-one supervision.
