摘要
现代的教学查房以学生为主体,培养学生实际解决临床问题的能力。我们以原发性肝癌的教学查房为例,针对不同学生的特点,因人、因材施教。对本科生采用临床路径为主的教学法,对硕士研究生采用循证医学为主的教学法,对博士研究生采用Seminar为主的教学法。通过综合运用多种教学方法,激发了学生主动学习的积极性,有助于培养学生探索问题和解决问题的能力。
Modern teaching round based on the student, and training students' practical ability to solve clinical problems. As an example of primary liver cancer teaching rounds, we teach individually according to the characteristics of different students. We used clinical pathway teaching method for undergraduates, evidence-based medicine teaching method for postgraduates, seminar teaching method for doctors. Through the integrated use of various teaching methods, stimulated the enthusiasm of students in active learning, and help them to develop the ability to research and resolve problems.
