摘要
新型冠状病毒感染是一次突发的公共卫生事件,自2019年12月在武汉暴发以来,我国采取积极有效的防控策略极大改变了疫情的自然流行过程和轨迹。但疫情带来的全国范围内部分医院院区停诊、病房停收、手术停做等现象,给人民健康和生命造成严重威胁。武汉大学人民医院结合当下疫情防控形势,合理优化诊疗流程,开设缓冲病区来快速区分确诊患者、疑似患者和正常人群并进行分流,有效避免无症状新冠阳性、疑似病例对普通病房、医务人员及非新冠肺炎患者的影响,尽可能减少院内交叉感染风险。现将体会总结如下,以期与各医疗机构及同行探讨,提升医院应急水平,减少交叉感染风险。
Novel coronavirus infection is a public health emergency.Since December 2019 in Wuhan,China has adopted active and effective prevention and control strategies,which greatly changed the natural epidemic process and trajectory of the epidemic.However,some hospitals in the whole country have been stopped normal diagnosis and treatment activities due to the epidemic situation,which poses a serious threat to people’s health and life.Our hospital combines the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation,reasonably optimizes the diagnosis and treatment process,and sets up buffer area to quickly distinguish patients,suspected patients and normal population from the normal population and diverts them.It effectively avoids the influence of asymptomatic novel coronavirus positive cases and suspected cases on ordinary wards,medical personnel and non new crown pneumonia patients,and reduces the risk of cross infection in hospitals as much as possible.In order to discuss with various medical institutions and peers,improve the emergency level of the hospital,and reduce the risk of cross infection,we summarized the experience of nursing as follows.
