大型综合医院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情“双分诊、双缓冲”模式的建立与实践 被引量:10

摘要 自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,随着防控措施的深入开展,新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的医疗救治工作取得积极进展,但疫情形势依然严峻复杂。武汉大学人民医院建立了"双分诊、双缓冲"的组织管理模式,使用了入院前双分诊、入院后双缓冲的方法应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,在保证各项医疗任务顺利完成的同时,减少了医院感染风险,保障了诊疗质量和医患身心健康,取得了科学推进疫情防控的有利成效。 Since COVID-19 epidemic outbreak,and the deepening development of prevention and control countermeasures,positive progress in the medical treatment of COVID-19 is achieved,but the epidemic situation is still tough and complicated.Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University has established dual-triage and double buffering"management model to ensure the completion of various medical tasks,minimize the risk of nosocomial infection,guarantee the quality of diagnosis and treatment and the physical and mental health of health workers and patients.In this way,scientific prevention and control of the epidemic situation is achieved.
