摘要
目的探究吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗重度痔疮对患者手术时间的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月海南省海口市中医医院收治的82例重度痔疮者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各41例。对照组患者采用传统手术治疗,研究组患者采用PPH治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床指标和并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的手术时间、疼痛时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PPH治疗可以有效优化各项临床指标,减少治疗时间,降低并发症的发生率,具有较高的安全性,预后情况良好,效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids on the operation time of patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with severe hemorrhoids treated in Haikou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hainan province from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery.And PPH was performed in the study group.The clinical treatment effect,clinical indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,pain time,wound healing time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PPH treatment can effectively optimize various clinical indicators,reduce the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,with high safety,good prognosis,significant effect,worthy of popularization and application.
