摘要
目的:探讨直肠黏膜内脱垂合并混合痔的手术治疗方法。方法:将青岛市城阳区人民医院就诊的100例直肠黏膜内脱垂合并混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组采用PPH联合直肠黏膜柱状缝扎术治疗,对照组采用PPH治疗。比较2组手术相关指标。结果:2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、大出血发生率、复发率、创面愈合时间方面比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;但观察组在术后肛门坠胀、排便不尽感、黏膜外移发生情况及肛门镜视野下评分方面均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:直肠黏膜内脱垂合并混合痔时,PPH联合直肠黏膜柱状缝扎术在解决患者症状和体征方面效果更好。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse associated with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The 100patients with rectal mucosal prolapse with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group,50cases per group.The observation group was treated with PPH combined with rectal mucosal suture,and the control group was treated with PPH.The surgery-related indicators were compared between the 2groups.Results Compared observation group with control group,there was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative hemorrhage incidence,postoperative recurrence rate,wound healing time,etc.(P>0.05).But in the postoperative anal bearing-down&swelling,frequent urge of defecation,postoperative mucosal out,and postoperative anoscopy scores observation group was superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When rectal mucosal prolapse associated with mixed hemorrhoids,PPH combined with rectal mucosal columnar sutures procedure is better in resolving patients symptoms and signs.
