摘要
为观察改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗混合痔的疗效,将混合痔患者104例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组患者采用外剥内扎术治疗,观察组患者采用改良PPH治疗,比较2组患者的疗效,手术时间、创口平均愈合时间及住院时间,术后并发症及复发情况。结果显示,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、创口愈合时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后尿潴留、肛门水肿等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者无复发,对照组患者复发率为11.54%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,改良PPH治疗混合痔疗效显著,可明显缩短手术时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,且无复发。
This study was to observe the effect of modified stapled PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 104 mixed hemorrhoids patients into control group(52 cases,received external dissection&internal ligation)and observation group(52 cases,modified PPH);then,compard both groups’effect,operating time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,postoperative complication and recurrence status.As results,in total effective rate;in the time for operating,for wound healing,and for hospitalization;in postoperative complication incidence(including uroschesis,anal edema,etc);and in recurrence rate observation group was respectively higher,shorter,lower and lower(0 vs 11.54%)than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that modified PPH for mixed hemorrhoids has such merits as more significanter effect;shorter time for operating,for wound healing,and for hospitalization;and more lower recurrence rate than external dissection&internal ligation.
