摘要
介绍了普光气田天然气净化厂尾气中二氧化碳排放量情况,分析了磷石膏矿化CO_(2)对碳减排的影响。阐述了磷石膏矿化低浓度CO_(2)尾气联产硫基复肥和碳酸钙工艺的技术路线,对中试过程中出现的问题进行了分析并提出了工艺改进方法。改进后,项目中试达到了预期技术指标,CO_(2)利用率大于75%,磷石膏转化率大于90%,NH_(3)收率大于97%,尾气残余ρ(NH3)≤10 mg/m^(3)。1 t磷石膏可矿化0.25 t CO_(2),生产0.78 t硫酸铵和0.58 t碳酸钙,实现CO_(2)减排和工业固废循环利用。
The carbon dioxide emission from tail gas of natural gas purification plant in Puguang Gas Field is introduced,and the influence of mineralized phosphogypsum on carbon emission reduction is analyzed.The technical route of phosphogypsum mineralizing tail gas with low concentration CO_(2) to produce sulphur based compound fertilizer and calcium carbonate is described.The problems in the pilot test are analyzed and the process improvement methods are put forward.After improvement,the pilot test of the project has reached the expected technical indicators,and the CO_(2) utilization rate is greater than 75%,the conversion rate of phosphogypsum is more than 90%,NH3 yield is more than 97%,and the mass concentration of NH_(3) in tail gas is lower than 10 mg/m~3.1 t phosphogypsum can mineralize 0.25 t CO_(2),produce 0.78 t ammonium sulfate and 0.58 t calcium carbonate,and realize CO_(2) emission reduction and industrial solid waste recycling.
