用工矿废渣磷石膏生产纸面石膏板研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究了以磷石膏代替天然石膏生产纸面石膏板的工艺和配方。通过加石灰水水洗降低磷石膏中杂质的影响,根据差热分析确定了磷石膏的煅烧温度,用扫描电镜分析了煅烧前后磷石膏粉的形貌,并通过添加高分子黏合剂改善了护面纸与石膏芯的粘接性能。对纸面石膏板各项性能的检测结果表明,磷石膏完全可以代替天然石膏制备符合国家标准和室内装饰要求的纸面石膏板。 The technology and the formula for manufacturing paper-faced plaster board from phosphogypsum were studied. The impurities in phosphogypsum were decreased through washing with Ca (OH)2 solution and clean water. The calcination temperature was determined by DSC and the morphology of phosphogypsum powders before and after calcination was analyzed by SEM. The bonding effect between paper and plaster were bettered with the addition of polymer adhesives. Furthermore, comprehensive characters of paper-faced plaster board were examined by the authorized agent. It is verified that paper-faced plaster boards according to national standards can be produced from phosphogypsum instead of natural gypsum.
